I was born and raised in Tucson and married a native Tucsonan. I retired from the City of Tucson in 2005, after 34 years working in various departments. While working full time, I completed my AA degree from Pima College and my BS in Business Management at the University of Phoenix. I have been very involved with Tucson's history since my retirement. One of those involvements was writing a book about the history of Tucson "Presidio San Agustin del Bac: A View of Early Tucson." I choose to live on the west side of the downtown Tucson close its' history and many historical buildings. I am passionate about Tucson because I believe it is a great place to live, work and play. My hobbies include Toastmasters International Organization and being an unofficial ambassador for Tucson.
