On the day of your choosing to kayak you will be given all the instructions, the best kayaking techniques as well as the safety instructions. After that it is time for you to get in your kayaking gear – swimsuit and life jacket. Then you can choose the best kayak suitable for you. Kayaking is a 2 hour activity. It may seem short, but in reality it is plenty to enjoy the water as well as feel a nice burn after the activity.
